She-Crab Sauce for Virginia Ham & Asparagus

  • 1 can Blue Crab Bay Co.® She-Crab Soup
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 lb. Stilton, blue or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 8 slices Virginia ham
  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus, steamed
Combine soup, cream and cheese in a saucepan and heat slowly, stirring frequently until cheese melts. Arrange lightly steamed asparagus spears over top of ham slices. Pour sauce over all. Serves eight.
