Virginia Ham & Crab Topping for Steak or Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  • 1 can Bay Beyond® Lump* Crabmeat
  • 2 slices Virginia country ham, diced
  • 2 oz. unsalted butter
Instructions
Drain crabmeat, then melt butter in skillet and sauté crabmeat and ham over medium heat until warm. Place the topping on grilled steak or baked fish and finish with a Béarnaise Sauce if desired. *Lump crabmeat preferred.
